i think floyd beats manny but i would love nothing more then to see floyd KO'd because of the way he has treated boxing as his pet thing with little or no respect for the fans putting money in his pocket...floyd is a dissapointment of recent years, a real dissapointment.
whilst some of mannys opponents will always be questioned because of the ****** catch weights and dodgy belts that are always vacant for him, the truth is he is a smaller man beating up bigger people and people love that ****, people love action and KO's and he delivers.

the boxer that could easily have been the best of his generation and possible the greatest ever has literally pissed it all away by avoiding tough fights to protect his EGO & Zero.
Very well said, could not agree more

I know the truth on why the Cotto, Margarito(cheater), and Pacquiao fights did not and has not happened. What I laugh at is certain individuals believe that some of these promoters really wanted to put their fighters in there with Floyd. I know Bob Arum does not want to sacrifice his fighters to Floyd. How many times does Arum have to prove it before people get it?
I dont think your credibility is better than what were written on Floyd Mayweather's boxing career in wikipedia. Go and read it there. The painful truth is awaiting.

This writer is a fool. The only disappointment here is this writers assessment of one of the greatest boxers in history.

"This writer said later on in his career Mayweather would make you miss and maybe crack you with one shot and thne run all around the ring"

That statement said it all, what it said to me is this guy doesn't know **** about boxing. In Boxing you're only as good as your last performance.

Floyds last three opponents were Shane Mosley, Juan Manuel Marquez, and Ricky Hatton.

Floyd walked down all three and dominated all three.

I cant stand America sometimes. Most white people judge black fighters so harshly. Calling the man a great disappointment when he won all the official belts from guys that would make this writer **** in his pants if he ever had to fight them.

The only disappointment here is in the elementary fashion this writer chooses to assess and write about Boxing Champions and Legends.

Like Dominating Hall of Famers is easy. **** off.

I've never not liked and appreciated Jr's skills as a boxer being undefeated shows this, I just got tired of his antics tbh.

Yes I am a Pacquaio fan but Mayweather is damn good and I just want to see that fight.

I don't agree with everything the writer said but one thing is true
and that is Floyd lost the hunger to be competitive. Hope he gets
                it back SOON.

Ha ha ha! That will be Manny's legacy when it is all said and done.
Floyd willl be remembered for not fighting as much as he should
because he is very talented BUT Manny will be remembered for
refusing a blood test to fight the best. I'm just saying tho.

Floyd is an utter waste of talent.

He has the tools yet Castillo took away his balls.

This boxer will go down in history as a duck with great talent.

                    Nothing more. Nothing less.
Ummm...... Floyd fought Castillo in an immediate rematch and beat
him more convincingly then the first fight BUT no one talks about
that. Too bad Manny Pacquiao couldn't do the same against JMM.
Pac fans NEVER watch boxing, just Pacquiao fights or repeat what
they heard from someone else's opinion. Castillo didn't have Floyd's
number like JMM had Pac's. Manny is fighting a guy (Mosley) Floyd
shut down. No way is Manny greater than Floyd, even with all the
hype he gets. I do agree that Floyd should have been fighting more
                    and that is a fact.

Pacquiao will be mostly remembered for not convincingly beating
Juan Manuel Marquez, ducking the 3rd fight, refusing a random
blood test and fighting guys coming off loss's, winning titles at
catchweights and fighting 3 of the fighters Floyd beat prior than
Manny when they were winning and better overall. Manny is a joke.
Good fighter but master match maker. Manny is pure entertainment
but not a great fighter because he hasn't tested himself since
                      2008.
