I went back to the P.I. recently and found out that cheating over there is more accepted... I know it is messed up but I went out with relatives who were married and 1 that was engaged and they took me to places and other relatives and friends unrelated to each other also would invite me to some high class joints. Manny just happens to be a public figure... I ain't saying cheating is right but it seems more tolerated and accepted in the P.I.. Correct me if I am wrong.

Tolerated, almost all moneyed peeps have mistresses, pacman ain't no exception. Remember joseph estrada? a philippine president who's a self confessed lover boy with several mistresses. The masses still love him despite of that.
