i think before this fight he last fought 2 years ago...and lost and his latest victory against a know opponent was against a fat vargas..he hasn't done anything in years

After this fight Cotto gets to fight Margarito?....Margarito should fight Mayorga and the winner gets Cotto....

The idea is Cotto have a tune up fight first to stay active, then try to avenge his only 2 losses, first Margarito in June, then Pacquiao hopefully.

Good on Cotto for always taking on dangerous opponents.

Maussa, N'dou, Corley, Torres, Malignaggi, Quintana, Judah, Mosley, Margarito, Clottey, Pacquiao, Foreman and now Mayorga and Margarito II.

He would've had Mayweather and Hatton on there too if the fights had been made.

He's given boxing fans some great memories with his willingness to fight the best.

Boxing needs more champions like Miguel Cotto.

Frankly NONe of those guys deserve to fight cotto..MArgarito was loaded, got caught..mayorga IS WASHED,WASHED,WASHED..they just needed a KNown NAme because that last fight with foreman was forgotten in 2 weeks..most exciting thing that happened that fight was the ref throwing ppl out the ring n restarting the fight..i love cotto n i know noone wants to really fight him..n PAC was more MENTALLY prepared for COtto then cotto was for pac..if cotto had a rematch with pac he would kill em..
