Lightweight contender Michael Katsidis is looking at a possible ring return in April or May of next year. Katsidis has been spending time with his family after the back and forth war with Juan Manuel Marquez on November 27. Katsidis came to the ring with a heavy mental burden. His brother passed away less than six weeks before the fight. Marquez rose from the canvas to stop Katsidis in the ninth round.

I love Michael, but unfortunately his style gets him in trouble against good boxers. And there are only so many losses you can take on your record before people disregard you. He is relentless though, and nobody can take away his heart. I'll always support Katsidis win or lose.
