im pretty sure he knows more about boxing than most users on here do.
with that said, his opinions are his. he is more interesting to listen to than max kellerman that's for sure...most sportswriters or experts have sides when it comes to big name fighters, either they like em or they dont. i think dude just speaks his mind, i dont really mind it.

End of the day he is the last great boxing writer of his generation alive. Enjoy him and learn some lessons if you can. You won't see another guy like him, ever.
