I think diaz has softened up himself,last time i saw him fight was against billy irwin (Irwins last fight b4 he retired) ,Irwin was infront of diaz all night,just laying on the ropes,still diaz didnt stop him till the 9nth(some nice combos tho).

Right but remember That was Irwin's first loss by stoppage having been in there with some really stout opposition throughout his career. Plus.......Irwin is a more technical fighter than Morales. Erik would be enticed to trade with Diaz.....causing a few problems IMO.

Admitedly that was my first time seeing Irwin,but i didnt see anything technical about his performance,overly patient not doing much of anything really,I know he hadnt been stopped before,but he looked a pretty old to me,trading with Diaz would only have helped his chances.

On a sidenote,I think if Erik boxes,he can UD castillo,I think corrales just destroys him though.Still pretty confident he can beat babybull tho,not that i dont like him or anything,but after the Ebo fight fell through,he didnt do ****,he needs to get back in form.
