Can we put an end to "Mosley almost KO'd Floyd in the 2nd round"

After re watching the fight countless time, I have concluded that Floyd was in no way, shape, or form about to be knocked out. Stunned? Yes. Wobbled? Sure. It just really irks me to hear such comments as "Mosley almost knocked Floyd out" or "Floyd was about to be KO'd". In reality, Floyd was momentarily stunned twice but his body language clearly indicates he was in no serious danger. At the time I even felt like he was close to getting stopped, but that was just the initial shock of seeing Floyd getting connected so cleanly with such hard shots. It's also worth noting that Floyd was not close to getting knocked down so to say he was on the verge of getting KO'd is ridiculous. Floyd even countered with some nice shots in the mist of it all and was conscious enough break up Shane's momentum.

these days, if you get even slightly wobbled, you were "almost ko'd"

Froch got wobbled slightly by Dirrell in their fight and according to some on here was one step away from being put in a coma

He was definitely hurt. Once you get hit by a big shot like that you're in critical condition and it's easy to get clobbered with another big shot right after which will either send you down or cause a stoppage

If Floyed didn't have a big heart he would have been in big trouble. He played it smart cause he grabbed msoley right away and didn't allow him to land anything significant.

He was definitely hurt. How bad is anyone's guess. His legs were gone for a minute. His wits came back before his body did. I just remember thinking that when he was trying to go back on offense and nearly fell when he missed a straight right. Surviving that assault is his finest moment in my opinion. That's his badge of honor. I can't downplay it like it wasn't ****.

I saw that he was just rocked. He was in no serious danger. Got his bell rung a tad is all.

Floyd let his guard down and yes he was a little hurt but he showed that he is a true champion and handled his business well. That was the only good punch Mosley landed. Not hating on Mosley, it think he was a great fighter, it's just too bad that he's fighting Pac at this stage of his career.

If I were U ts,i'd seriously stop downplaying it & realize it for what it was, there aren't many currently active welterweights that would have stayed on their feet after shots like that!!That really shows how strong willed Floyd is(& I don't even care for him)!!
