Mayorga has done nothing in recent memory to deserve a shot. Let's also remember that Cotto only fought ONCE this entire year in his bout against Foreman. I was very disappointed that the Chavez fight fell through, but that didn't mean Miguel had to be sidelined his entire year. Yes Cotto will fight everybody, but I think the many wars he's had has made people give him an automatic pass.
