A WBA super bantamweight eliminator has been set between Nehomar Cermeno (20-2, 12KOs) and Victor Terrazas (28-2, 16KOs) for February 5 in Mexico. Cermeno lost two close split decisions to current WBA champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno and has several notable wins on his record. He wants to get a third shot at Chemito. Terrazas had recently taken a few bouts at featherweight. He lost a previous eliminator by way of TKO to UK boxer Rendall Munroe in April.
