I'm a very sarcastic person and in this case, yes it's reverse psychology 101 of sarcastic jokingly humor that mocks a lot of simple minded people that desperately attempt to justify Pac and Arum's decisions solely based on Floyd Mayweather and everything being his fault in the sport of boxing.

Which contradicts the popular theory or conclusion (if I may) that people do not believe that all roads lead to Floyd Mayweather.
