It was the fear in Roach's eyes after he saw what he did to Margarito. If Roach said yes and actually look at the Cotto match against Mosely, Pac would've beaten Mosely imo. I give credit to Floyd for stepping up the plate. But I hate it how people still overrate Floyd like he was the first one who exposed Mosely.

Personally, I've been saying Mosley was washed up and overrated since the Forrest fights. But, when Money was "ducking" him, no one seemed to agree. Funny how wheb Mayweather beats him, the majority start to share my opinion. But, that's nothing new. At one time , Money was accused of ducking Hatton and is now criticized for KHTFO. Bert Sugar picked JMM to beat him, theb flip flopped. And I suspect the same will happen if he beats Pac or Maravilla.

I agree, of course it will. Floyd because of his persona will not be appreciated by most of this generation of bigoted *******s. They would find something wrong with him when he beats Pac and if he beats Martinez. I can hear the dumbasses saying "but he ducked Margarito". Doesn't matter what anyone says the root of Floyd's problem is being black, rich and arrogant none of which has a damn thing to do with his skill set. fighting smaller guys doesn't help Martinez with his P4P ranking dreams. These guys he's challenging came from a much lower weight class before they went up, how he do the same?

Agree, Martinez is not a true middleweight. NOW, he is a large JMW who fights above his weight, and can still make 154.

Mayweather fought at 154, and is the biggest payday in boxing.

But Sergio is a different fish to the Hoya that Mayweather fought, I dunno if Mayweather is interested in those kind of fights anymore.

And, how far north does Martinez have to look for a payday at 35yo ?

Martinez has earnt a big payday, calling out Mayweather is hardly unreasonable..... and at least it sounds better coming from him rather than Khan or Kell Brook

Yeah even DLH (and Forrest for that matter) didn't find Martinez too appetizing, which is part of the reason he seemed to come out of nowhere in his early to mid 30's. He deserves a big money fight before his skills start to decline too much.
