WBO featherweight champion Juan Manuel Lopez is looking to fight three times in 2011. The first fight is a return to Puerto Rico on April 16. If he wins, he will then return in the summer in a possible rematch with Rafael Marquez. Juanma stopped Marquez in nine rounds in November. With those two fights completed, he will look for a year-end battle with WBA/IBF champion Yuriorkis Gamboa. The April opponent is rumored to be Teon Kennedy.

MarQuez/juanma 2 makes about as much sense as cotto/foreman 2,no need for it. I could see if the fight drew a soldout crowd of 16,000 plus at MGM and it was a classic fight that went the distance, but it only drew less than 4,900 I think and it ended on an injury.I'm pretty sure this next one will be in ny or Maybe the co feature of cotto/tony 2 at the meadowlands for the eve of pr parade and it will be a blowout. hope juanma/gamboa is made when they still in their prime.
