So essentially the guard was harassing him out of spite. I don't knock Floyd for his reaction but I would have hit the guy where it hurt, complain to his employers and offer a donation whilst suggesting that he should be fired. Knowing that he would struggle to pay his bills.

Then you obivously dont follow policies and procedures,because you do require identification to get into a gated community that or you code given to you (physical and logical access)

The fact that theres a security guard in that community means they need screen check everyone whos going in what better way to do it with ID and password.I guess you'd let everyone because your fawking dumbass.

Yeah, I used to do security in a gated community too. I remember this !@#$!@ Filipino dude came with a 2050 land cruiser, yes 2050 with 48 inch chromes, and wanted me to open the gate because he didn't have I.D. I asked him to show I.D, and he started cursing, so I pulled him out of the truck, and put a stick on the gas and seat, and the Filipino guy watched as his car drove down the street into a petrified tree.
