Drive down any street in America and you'll see black people calmly walk in the middle of traffic with their asses hanging out not even caring that they are holding up traffic. Or sometimes when they are in their car, the'll park right in the middle of the lane so they can talk to their friend on the sidewalk. If you blow your horn they'll throw a fit and act like it's you that has the problem.
