Yes it matters, Whats the video of a gated community doing on TMZ? That alone shows they arent doing there jobs in the right way. If they are professional and conduct themselves with respect the video shouldnt even be on TMZ unless the police have it for evidence of assault.

I didn't mean about the security guard putting it on TMZ, that's proof the guy was trying to piss him off, which is undeniable. Floyd should know that because all the bullsh** he has going on right now, he should be expecting people to try and get rich making him blow up. It doesn't matter short of physical violence what people are doing to piss him off or bate him into a legal matter, he needs to chill the f*** out and stop.

it is not just Floyd's house. It is a gated community. the guard is not just securing Floyd's house but the whole community. it was 4am, the guard must have not been sure (might just woke up from napping) that he really is floyd thus asked for an ID..
