true.....the security guard seemed like he was trying his best to get Floyd amped up....so I bet he had a hand in the tape getting to TMZ....for sure

Most high end residential compound have cctv at the entrance and main roads. Most likely they copied the vid recording of the scene and sold it to tmz.

The vid shows a homeowner wanting to get in his own house. The guard most probably is new to his post and don't know Floyd.

That's the only explanation i could think of other than he was abusing the very little power he has. Does anyone on bscene live in Vegas??? Can you drive anywhere without seeing a promotional banner with Floyd's face on it before one of his fights?? What about all the fight talk in the week leading up to the fight?? As a Vegas resident can you escape that?? Vegas is fight town.....anyone who has lived there for any amount of time would surely know who Floyd is, and even more to the point in a gated community any guard who has worked there for any period would prob know who Floyd is as they would all the other residents.

Couple that with TMZ magically getting footage and i think you have your answer.

notice the car Floyd driving? the guard must have confused if he is really Floyd Or SHE IS MRS JACKSON... So what's wrong if he just want to make sure that he is really Floyd and Not mrs Jackson Pretending to be Floyd?
