It's not fair to Wlad because the are less meaningful opponents during his reign, if he wasn't forced to fight developing fighters that were not ready yet and had a few good heavyweights to fight his fights would be more exciting. If the IBF ranked the same punchers the WBC ranked there might be a few thrills.

No Tunney, Tyson was more exciting because he went out and trashed his opponents from round one unlike Wlad who plays it safe, taking no risks and throwing 90% jabs and then stopping his opponents late. Offcourse though you are to ******ed to even know what excitement is.
