I think Pacquiao could still comfortably make 140. He doesnt look any bigger than he did when he fought Hatton at 140, and that was probably his most one sided bout in the last decade.

And dont be making excuses about Hattons credibility. He beat a faded, but still strong Kostya Tszyu and gave Mayweather some difficulties for 4 rounds, thats twice as long as he lasted with Pacquiao.

Juniour-Welter is probably Pacquiao's best division, but the money and the big names are at 147+.
