Please name such a poll which is neither russian (or post-soviet and pro-russian) or american. It was an american judge who gave Lebedev victory. And american judges have their "own" opinion on how to score the fights...

I commented already on this issue a week ago as this fight happened. Other then an author of this article, and other then some forum members here, I see Huck's performance as a succesful title defence. The fight had a lot of close rounds. Lebedev was at his best, but he could not dominate the fight. Huck claimed ribs injure in 4th which affected his performance a lot. This was either a draw or a very close win for the champion. Let the rematch clear it, okay?!

Ok, I guess only german polls are acceptable for you then keep on thinking huck won, real boxing fans know lebedev won that.... german dumbasses, don't know **** about boxing. I'll take a russian or an american poll anyday over a german one. Doesn't it bother you that 99% of all people think lebedev won that? LOL.

This number - 99% - it's only in your imagination.

Yes, I live in Germany now. But I better don't tell you of which ethnicity I am And Marco Huck is a guy born in former Yugoslavia, by the way. And no, I am not from Yugoslavia.

Any yes, most of US-Americans and Russians are very biased and nationalistic.

Huck never came forward all fight, it was quite strange, you expect these mould of fighters to come forward but Huck never did, he relied on his reach adv and jabbed well later on in the fight. Lebedev needed to force the situation being the away boxer but didnt seem to want to risk in inside, I thought he has the skill to stay inside and slip punches and counter but he didnt want to take that risk or maybe he's not as good as I thought.

Yet ****ty hometown decisions are far more common in germany than in Russia and the U.S.

Shure there might have been a few bad desicions in America. But compared to germany it ain't much.

Germans have no right to imply that any other nation is biased. Last time I checked Huck represents germany, fight was in germany and he according to the VAST MAJORITY of all people got a hometown decision, not just me. You are one of the few guys on here who thinks huck won.

And if american and russian polls are biased, then what do you want? german polls? yeah right.

Sorry, I don't see it like that.

                Just to make things clear.

First - I don't think that Huck won clearly or even just "won". I see it as a draw or a close win for a champion, since many rounds were close.

Second - I think that US Americans have their own perspective on boxing. Which is Okay. Howhever, it's not OK if judges score using totally different approaches and standards. Otherwise how a difference bewtween 112-116 and 115-113 can be explained? I just looked up - the judges who scored 115-113 were a Spanish and a Dutch-Morrocan guy. None of them was from Berlin or from Germany or from Huck's country of birth. Don't blame them.

Third - OK, I really did not mean German polls. I must admit that I did not check the polls at all. I just asked for some which are not biased "by default".
