    2010 Dissapointment of the year

Allen Green-In the his pre-fight interviews, he said that he sees no one who can beat him in the tournament. When Andre Ward suffered an injury, he accused Ward of avoiding a fight against him. Not only did he lose every round to Andre Ward. But he also got knocked out by 41 year old Glen Johnson.

Anthony Peterson-Fails his first test of facing adversity and low-blowed too much times by accident.

Anthony Mundine-Gets knocked out in a shocking upset by Garth Woods.

Eric Morel-Gets a gift decision against aging, shot Gerry Peņalosa.

Danny Jacobs-He was a hot prospect who got knocked out by Dmitry Pirog.

Kelly Pavlik-He was the betting favorite against Sergio Martinez. Then he lost. His next fight got cancelled. However, even if he did fight again. It was going to be against weak opposition in Bryan Vera. That was somehow supposed to be a good comeback win.

Omar Nino-This guy lost his WBC world light flyweight title to a journeyman who had up to 20 losses.

Paul Williams-Throughout his entire career. His fans felt he was the most feared fighter in the world. Then, he gets a gift technical decision against Kermit Cintron. His fans also believed that he does better in rematches. Then he gets knocked out in 2 round in his rematch against Sergio Martinez.

Victor Ortiz-After a disappointing 2009 in which he lost his first fight against someone who is actually a good fighter. Victor Ortiz started off the year against a journeyman who had up to 8 losses. Then, he turns in a poor performance against shot, 38 year old Nate Campbell who is too small for the light welterweight division. Then, he fought another shot fighter who also has a glass chin, Vivian Harris. Victor Ortiz then finally decided fight another real fighter for the second time in his career against Lamont Peterson. He got a gift draw. Ortiz also cheated on the weight.

    lmao

Never miss a chance to bag on Ortiz do you MX?

The biggest disappointment of coarse has to be the two divas, Floyd and Manny, for not stepping into the ring.

Haye running scared from the Klit brothers.

    Cotto only fighting once.

    Kirkland.

    Mosley-Pacquiao being announced.

James Kirkland was arrested in 2009. Not this year.

Victor Ortiz, I was high on the guy, I thought he was gonna be that big puncher that whooped everyone's ass and be a huge star. I was wrong, sadly.

For me it was Alexander Povetkin, who bitched out of his world title fight with Wlad and fought nothing but low-level clubfighters in 2010. A fighter Povetkin ducked, Dominick Guinn, was accepted as an opponent by Kubrat Pulev who was then just 8-0 and had turned pro only 12 months earlier.

I was also disappointed in Alexander Dimitrenko who pretended to collapse before his scheduled fight with Albert Sosnowski.

I'm going with Ortiz too. For some reason I really wanted to see him do good. He's easily the hardest hitter at 140. Fast and Strong. He just doesn't have what it takes to elevate his fight game to a winning level.
