Well we'll never know, cause it seems Pac won't fight anyone who doesn't give him a good look...Seems like they match him against guys that square themselves up, or coming off long lay offs or loses. Would have been nice for him to sign to fight Berto, and before you say Berto isn't a big enough draw, who in the hell beyond hardcore boxing fans know who the hell a Joshua Clottey is? The dude avoids anyone that could actually be a threat. He didn't decide to fight Cotto until after Clottey busted him up...He fought Marg after marg had been out for over a year....He fought clottey, cause he knew clottey wouldn't throw punches...Funny how all you fools don't pay attention to the obvious...

You said yourself that Clottey busted Cotto up - so how would Pacaquiao KNOW Clottey "wouldn't throw punches" ????? Man, that just doesn't make any sense at all to me....

Am I the only one who isn't even remotely interested in Mosley/Pacquiao? Seems like such a waste of a fight. Only chance Mosley has is an early stoppage/KO. Other than that, Manny's got this in the bank.

No, you're not the only one - and it IS a waste of a fight in my opinion too. The thing is, Bob Arum doesn't give a **** what real boxing fans want, he's made that VERY clear. But what I don't get though is that he must also think the average, casual boxing fan are straight up idiots too. Because whether or not Shane Mosely was popular at one time or a supposive "PPV draw", Bob doesn't seem to realize that those same "casual fans" would have also seen Shanes last two fights - where he was completely dominated by FMJ and a snoozefests of a draw against Sergio Mora. Both times he showed (IMO) that he no longer has the stamina and can't pull the trigger.

But, apparently Bob Arum is good at what he does, because it seems like he's even got some of the hard core fans fooled in to thinking this will be a fight worth paying for. The worst thing is that these guys are going to be so nice and polite to each other - smiling and touching up gloves before and after each round.

I can't wait to see what they come up with for the title of this fight.... they ought to just call it "A pay day for Shane Mosely" or, just plain "Sad".
