At this point in the game, yes, but when Mosley was a lightweight, he was a beast and beautifully poetic as he broke down opponent after opponent. It's only when he moved up to welterweight to face ODLH his style changed and decided he wanted to be a power puncher, which was ultimately his downfall against Vernon Forrest and Winky Wright!
