In a manner of speaking yes he can. Power is usually the last thing to fade. Pacquiao DOES get hit, and Mosley does still have great hand speed, but I don't see him presenting danger to him for very long.

There is NO justification for this fight when there are LW/JWW Champion in JMM wanting to fight, Undefeated WW Champion in Berto wanting to fight, Former JMW/MW Champion in Martinez wanting to fight for his title that Pac was so vacantly "handed" (plaster free)!

Avoiding the Champions for former Champions yet again. THERE IS NO JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS FIGHT! I haven't been impressed with Mosley's hand speed for years. I think that's a myth too. Mosley once had good hand speed, but nothing incredible.


Power is the last thing to fade, yes, but it doesn't do you much good if you don't put your punches together, which Mosley isn't doing. What happened in the Floyd fight? He didn't put any punches together, he looked for the one big punch and landed it once luckily.


I don't know how many times people are going to have to see it to believe it, but the one punch knockout power attribute is ironically the most useless skill a boxer can possess. Knockouts just don't happen that way.
