no way, I like berto. I just don't really know what he's been doing the last couple years he should have had a good name on his resume by now.

As of right now, the best name on his resume is collazo and that was pretty damn close fight. that's not a good look!

blame it on al haymon, blame it on hbo for over paying him, blame it on berto, blame it on opponents turning him down, whatever the reasons he hasn't done crap for a while and it's very disappointing as a fan of his

Berto isn't garbage, but his resume is...That's the one thing holding him back, IMO.

i think other than Mayweather he provides the biggest challenge for Manny at 147 (then again thats not saying much) with his speed and power

hard to really get behind him though as he is still fighting bums like Hernandez and being paid alot of money of do so

            blame Al Haymon

I don't like Berto, but he beat Callazo and KO'd Quintana. Those two victories make him above average\fringe elite to me.

No, he is fast and strong. He also showed heart winning the last couple rounds against Collazo in a close fight. He just needs to step up and that is it, Pacquiao didn't give him a chance though.

absolutely trash. he doesnt fight anyone with a pulse. his best win is still luis collazo and he struggled with that. to quote micket from rocky " you got the heart kid, but you fight like goddamn ape!" thats how i feel about berto
