Arum is full of ****! When has Manny fought an undefeted welter weight? But yet he wants to see Marquez fight a Berto! What good does it do if Marquez fights old beat up welter weights and beats them all. Like Manny is doing.

A very good idea of arum, let marquez prove that he is a worthy opponent at 147lbs.

Even if Marquez moved up to 147 and knocked Berto out cold Arum would still never attempt to make this fight all while playing down Marquez. Why is it okay for Mosley to make $5 million but not Marquez? Why shouldn't Marquez have more room to make demands after he dominated his last few opponents while Mosley couldn't? At this point I don't think a Pacquiao-Marquez trilogy is a good idea, my argument is strictly aimed towards Arum's assanine logic. I'm also disappointed with Pacquiao for taking Mosley and not Marquez or Berto. He's making to much of a habit picking guys who don't really have any business in there with him.

Marquez is a career-featherweight, who currently campaigns at LW.

He is not interested in 147, nor 140 for that matter, he is interested in Manny. You three clowns are a joke for suggesting that Marquez fight Berto, when Manny will not even defend his JMW title.

              And btw.....
given time to train, you would find that Marquez gives anyone problems at 140. A number of posters felt that Marquez would have smoked the Khan that sneaked by Maidana, and I'm not sure if Maidana could get a decision against Marquez.

Let me tell you three jokes.....

1.) It is a joke that pu$$y Pacquiao refuses to fight Marquez unless the 37yo midget goes up two divisions to 147, when Manny is a natural JWW and can easily make 140 according to Ariza/Roach

2.) It is a joke that Marquez is prepared to go up two divisions, and yet Manny will not even defend his JMW title

3.) And it is an even bigger joke that you would attempt to defend that rubbish.

If JMM had just stayed his ass on the deck and been counted out against Katsidis, this would be a moot point because we'd have Pacquaio-Marquez III on May 7 instead of Pacquaio-Mosley.

all this talk about marquez going up in weight.why don't pac come down just like he has been making everybody else come down.they've been ducking jmm and will never fight him unless they have him come in at the full welterweight so he can't perform his best counter punching.over price is a excuse.

He chose to defend the 147 belt not the Jr. Middleweight. Are you smoking weed?
