Mosley - Mayweather at 140

If we're talking about a prime Mosely than I would favor Mosely by late KO. He had just as much hand speed but alot more power & he is/was a vicious body puncher. If they fought now I'd favor PBF but I think it would be an interesting fight because Mosely still has the speed to catch PBF & if he does the fight could get very interesting.

nowadays Floyd will beat the seemingly shot Mosley. (Mosley doesnt let his hands go like he used to) Back then its a pick em fight with me leaning towards Mosley.

I think Mayweather beats any version of Mosley. Mosley has always been an explosive in and out type fighter and now we know that a jab could beat him. At lightweight the fight is even but give the edge to Mayweather who does everything better than Mosley outside of punching power. The speed would be even also but Mayweather would land more than Mosley would. At 140 and above I would pick Mayweather without a doubt.

If it happened now it would be a mismatch in my opinion.

i think in mosleys next fight he will truly show he is back to his old form, hes feeling better at welter nd his power and speed will be more effective. at lightweight mosley was definitely a beast, but i still think mayweather edges just barely though. now i would say mayweather by ud by about 116-112 or 117-111. i think mayweather is hitting harder now to, and i dont think he could put shane down but he would clearly beta him.

Moselys hands were extremely fast at 135, and his power was very good too. He also worked the body well as a direct result of his power when throwing to the body.

We also know he could take Floyds best shot...I wonder if Floyd could have taken a Mosely left hook at lightweight...

if they were to fight now pbf wins an fairly easy ud ...the 135 lb. version of mosely beats mayweather he had extremely fast hands and devastating power at that weight he would give pbf alot of problems .
