DAVID HAYE is ready to take a whopping £2million pay cut to fight Wladimir Klitschko.
The WBA world heavyweight champion is chasing a unification clash with Klitschko, who holds the IBF and WBO versions of the title.
But despite agreeing to all of Klitschko's demands for a 50-50 split, choice of broadcaster in Germany and venue selection, Haye has been met by silence.
By agreeing to share his slice of money from a Sky pay-per-view deal in England, Haye will be losing at least £2m in revenue.
A Sky source said: "When Haye won the WBA title against Nikolai Valuev, £6m was generated. More could be generated by Haye v Klitschko."
Klitschko was due to face Dereck Chisora in a voluntary defence of his titles before he suffered a stomach muscle tear last month.
