Just like Sweet Pee Marquez is yanking on Pac's coat tails, Prescott is doing the same with Khan just trying to get a nice pay day. but treat them both the same, putem both in the back burner and just let that be the fight you win and ride off into the sunset with.

Well that is exactly the problem as Khan has the promotional rights in the UK with Khan promotions.
So he is taking a huge cut with out HBO money and golden boy wont be getting paid either.

        Khan shouldn't re-match Maidana... yet!

Maidana had his chance a the title... and lost. It was a great fight, but why would Amir put his neck on the block against such a fearsome fighter in Maidana. Khan proved his critics wrong. Let him fight his unification with Bradley-Alexander. Maidana should go out and beat some top class opposition, then it may make sense for a re-match to be warranted.

Khan has talked about moving up to 147, so a re-match may not even happen... unless Maidana keeps winning, moves up to 147, wins some more (and maybe his own version of a world title) and then a re-match would be a mouth watering prospect... and would generate huge PPV buys!

Khan doesn't want to fight someone who is the same size or taller. He has to go into their range and knows his chin will get found out. Like what happened in his KO defeat.

Ohwssshh! Schaefer is just scared for Khan. He's scared that if if a rematch was made, Prescott might KO Amir in round one all over again. He's sounds histerical in fact in his reply. Have you not noticed that? And if that happens, what with their cash cow??? Khan will go the way of Paul "the punished" Williams. Schaefer is not sure if their cash cow can get past Prescott so we hear him spiting all the "bulls**t" about it. Pathetic..

Why would anyone want to see him fight Prescott now? I don't see how its considered ducking when your fighting better guys instead...I'm confused by what some of you are saying.

Wouldn't be surprised if GB put JMM in there with Khan next. Not the best idea for Marquez, but his frustration with the Pac situation has caused him to do ****** things in the past. Surely GB wouldn't mind throwing him to the wolves for the sake of a few dollars.

When Amir Khan gets his scared ass in the ring with Prescott again and take Prescott's power shots like a man and beat Prescott, then he will be considered a real champion. Until then, he is hiding behind politics not to fight Prescott. This is the best time to beat Prescott. Khan is just not taking advantage of it. Too scared.

If I were Khan, I will give Prescott the rematch. Otherwise, that 1st round KO will haunt him for the rest of his boxing career. He must fight Prescott again and prove to the boxing world he is indeed up there with the best. Until then, his claim to level A class is mere talk.
