jack is just throwing this in there to say that with a different trainer, shane is a different fighter.
****m wants to emphasize mosley's boxing ability, while jack wants mosley to be a volume puncher. regardless, mosley's stamina just isn't there anymore. if jack pushes mosley too hard, he might get KTFO.

So, why is it okay that Shane makes more money then he did against Floyd - but it's not okay when JMM wants more then what he made against Floyd? They admittedly removed JMM name from the 3 possible opponents list because it was an "insult" that he wanted more money then he made fighting against FMJ, right? Yet they're basically going to pay the same amount to Mosely as what JMM would have ended up with. And, they NEVER even bothered to counter the initial asked for proposal from GBP to my knowledge, which is the whole point of negotiating for Gods sake. They could have atleast ASKED if the stated amount was firm or not. Of course they're gonna start out asking for a high pay, but any good promotional company is going to start out with a high bid so that it leaves room to be negotiated to an acceptable amount.
It's too bad that the general public has no idea what a manipulative bastard Bob is. According to Bob, Shane no longer had "it" after the Mora fight, but has magically regained his appeal by doing what exactly??
As far as Jack goes, if he trains Shane again, then Shane loses in far worse fashion IMO. I get that the fathers of some of these fighters deserve their acculades for teaching them what they know in the beginning... but in the long run, it's usually a recipe for disaster and the fighter no longer continues to grow or improve. Just look at Zab Judah. I firmly believe the only chance he has of becoming more relevant at this point in his career is if he changes to a better trainer. If he stays with Noel, he has virtually no chance of making the changes that are neccessary for him to continue on in the upper level of the sport. And, neither Shane or Zab have the luxury of time in this stage of their careers.
Besides, changing from Jack to Brother Nazeem back to Jack is, well, laughable. I would just like to see how Shane could do with a great conditioning coach, although it may be too late for him at this point.
Shane has about as much of a chance of beating Pac as he did of beating Floyd, and that's zero to none IMO.
