He's done it a few times. Mayweather's only requested a simple blood test. Manny can't take it.

But it's okay for Manny's opponents to be "100%" when they fight him.

Funny thing is Mayweather and Manny would take the same tests. = Manny admitting Floyd is physically and mentally stronger than him.

Manny wants to "weaken" his opponents to the weight he chooses that's most comfortable to him.

Manny's opponents are "comfortable" taking a payday on their way out.

Manny is "uncomfortable" taking the biggest payday of his career for a small amount of blood.

A small amount of blood is more "weakning" than several pounds of weight loss?

And this is from a man who fights in a blood sport.

Pac admits he's physically and mentally weaker than Floyd right off the bat. Thanks.

The media and Pacquiao's fans will NEVER turn on him. This much should be evident from the Margarito fight. A true boxing fan knew that Margarito didn't deserve such a payday. But Pacquiao/casual fans didn't care much. Manny's got a following, like no other.

Wrong. Simply put: Floyd thinks something is "up" with Team Pacquiao, and isn't willing to risk losing to someone with an advantage. Like I've heard Floyd himself say, "If he takes the tests, the fight gets made." Why risk losing to someone with a step-up on you? Floyd knows Manny is a tough fight, so he wants to make it on an equal playing field. I don't blame him. I would do the same.

I honestly don't even think Floyd believes he would lose to Manny on PED's.

I believe he not only wants to use the PED test to mentally destroy Manny. But Roach and Arum as well.

                      Three down with one request.

They all know Manny has to eventually submit for them all to get the biggest payday of their lives and IF Manny tests positive. It's a wrap for Flop Stank.

They'll have to buy the results getting shown.

And will try to alter and contest ANY evidence of Pac being shown positive.

IF and I say IF it comes out...That's a HUGE blow to not only Manny's career, legacy, endorsements, fans etc.

But a HUGE blow and career ender for Roach and a massive blow to Flop Stank.
