Khan should fight Prescott again, knock him out inside 3 rounds just like what he's preaching now, but the best time is when Khan's coming off from a win(like his recent huge win against Maidana). Fghting and beating Prescott would do Amir a lot of good especially after the Maidana win. There are a lot of people that doubted Khan after the beating he took from Prescott reversing that loss canm only add to Khan's credibility.

I dont think Khan SHOULD fight Prescott at all, but if they were to fight it makes more sense after a loss so as it would bring back that hype and it would be a confidence tune-up. Honestly tho, I dont see Khan losing to anyone in the 140 dept except for maybe Bradley, but even then I have Khan as the favorite to win.
But cmon I think we all know Khan would not lose to Prescott again, his punching power is nowhere near Maidana's, it was honestly one lucky fight.
