It's all Arum's and Floyd's fault. Manny isn't to be blamed for anything, he doesn't get to make the final decision.

Err yes he does? If he had a problem with Mosley the fight wouldn't have gone off. Like the Marquez negotiation he was offended hence the fight didn't go off.
