Why? Cotto is not considered one of the top p4p fighters and he's considered done by many experts and many in here. Pacquiao and Cotto are at two different stages in their careers.

A very important factor many are forgetting is that Cotto is coming off shoulder surgery and hasn't fought since June. He needs a "light" opponent, I'd rather see him fight Mayorga than Wolak or K9.
