Too much time has passed between their rejection of the 14 day window and their offer of a 7 day window. This would have given them plenty of time to find the minimum amount of time needed to cycle PEDs in and out of his system to be affective through experimentation. I didn't agree with Floyd's offer of 14 days because I knew that Manny could cycle something within that time and be clean after the fight.
