Still comparing Pac with Floyd I see. So what, you gotta justify Pac's "ducking" by talking about FLoyd? Is Floyd your comfort food?

      FYI:
Boxing historian Bert Sugar said Mayweather vs JMM would be a great fight and possibly Floyd's toughest technical fight to date. Your just mad that Floyd (easily) beat Mosley (let alone JMM). Didn't you trash Floyd saying he would never fight Mosley or that he was too scared or some shyt?

I know Pullcounter's bytch ass is STILL (to this day) butt hurt about it (I think he even knows this is a garbage fight). Where you talking shyt then? Yet here you are now "promoting" this shyt now? Mosley's about to turn 40 and hasn't won a fight in over 2 years? lol gtfoh talking about Mayweather?

Yeah so what, Bert Sugar was wrong and it WAS a shyt fight between Floyd and JMM and it was bad on Floyd to "pick" on a guy that took Pac to hell TWICE and was soo much "smaller" than him...Fact is, Pac still wont get in the ring with JMM (let alone the undefeated WBC Champion in Berto) and here it is 2011. How the F**K do we expect Pac to get in the ring with Mayweather or any TRUE threat out there? Arum's even hinting a rematch with Cotto at 154 next year.... don't act surprised if that happens. You wont see Martinez vs Cotto at 154 due to Arum's plan of Pac Cotto II....

Mosley should be fighting the Khan's, Bradley's and Alexander's or even JMM IF they want to TEST the WW division.

How the f**K is BOB going to say for Berto to fight these guys when he's one of the Champion's? Mosley is the gate keeper at WW and is the fighter of 5 years ago. Pac is hand selecting certain fighters at certain weight classes at certain weights... THIS is what people are really annoyed about. Let alone Clottey, Margarito and now Mosley.....

number one. weight.(oscar fight)and cotto fight with hindsight that cotto was moving up and had to drain.
he always looks for this as an angle during negotiations to try and create an almost certainty of winning knowing full well the opponent will have trouble conditioning.
catchweight fights, poplular choice with freddie although he has recently been qouted as saying" he hates these catchweight fights" ****.
number two. speed, need i say more....look what happened to hatton and plasterito...and he was always gonna have target practice against clottey.
i think the only genuine win on an even keel was against diaz at lightweight.
but, obviously not a big thing when A, he was moving up and B, diaz was not particularly premium meat.
number three. "past it fighters", with the exception of diaz and maybe cotto (who has been in trouble a number of times)...look at the rest, oscar, plasterito, clottey, poor ole ricky etc.
and remember, these three factors played a part in all his fights since diaz.
oh, nearly forgot, didnt a worn out barrera go the distance in their second bout just before the move up in weight? and lets bare in mind that he had previously knocked m.a.b. out/stopped him.
and now shane mosley, this will no doubt immortalise pacman...zzzzzzzz
two fighters who i think will beat him 147 are:
        floyd mayweather.
        andre berto.
and the reason for this is that these two men have none of the above issues and the only way freddie could possibly get an advantage is to demand a catchweight and i think that would be 154.
i think luis collazo would give him trouble, and maybe in a year or so kellbrook, but not yet.
i would have loved to have seen the late edwin valero have a scrap with pacman, woulda been exciting.

First off get your head out of your a$$ coz you're just seeing your own ****.

Second, if you're gonna be a racist at least do it right. Yella fellas are chinese! Filipinos are brown! And sushi is not our dish!

It's tiring to keep explaining to idiots but I'm gonna do you a favor anyway. With the Oscar fight at 147, it was Oscar's idea to fight at that weight not Manny's. Manny moved up 2 weight classes and before the bell rang for that fight, people thought Oscar was gonna KILL Pacman he even sent him a pair of boxing gloves with the words: I'm gonna knock you out written on them!

With the Cotto bout, Cotto fought the bigger Clottey at 146 lbs and fought the smaller Pac at 145 lbs. nuff sed. The extra 1 pound would have slowed him down when he was running away from Pac in the later rounds anyway.

With the Margarito fight at 150lbs. ****** morons like you diss Pac for this "Catchweight" while forgetting that Mosley fought Margarito at 147 lbs. Pac did Marg a favor by not draining him to 147 lbs when it fully is within his rights to demand as Marg has been a career welterweight anyway.

Diaz, Dela Hoya, COtto, Hatton, Barrera, Morales, Marquez, Clottey, Lucero, Solis have all been Champions in their respective careers. None of them should be called a chump by any knowledgeable boxing fans.

Only ignorant people like you who don't know **** about winning championships and sits in front of the PC in their underwear would demean all of their accomplishments. Now go put some pants on.

Roach is right. Mosley can still be dangerous. He has power, hand speed and a great chin. But this wasn't the best fight that could have been made. Floyd made him look bad, Mora just ran and made it hard to look good. Mosley is probably better than he looked in those two fights, but this isn't the best fight out there for Pac. I think even an unproven guy like Berto would be more interesting at this point. We know Mosley is past his peak, and he's coming off a loss and an ugly draw. A win against Mosley really does nothing for Pac. It just looks like he's fighting more of Mayweather's leftovers.

And, that is why he is not an ATG in any certain weight-class. He never stayed at a weight-class long enough to clean it out or establish an ATG resume.

The most accurate opinion that I could pen, would be very close to yours.

I will just alter yours very slightly and re-post

Yours is too close to mine for me to wanna re-type.

It's just the lack of career-defining highlights, as opposed even to someone like Hopkins. Hopkins ruled MW for a decade, then moved up into apparent mis-matches as the smaller man and 4:1 underdog, beating the odds, again, and again.

And, I have issues with two things.....
                  * the catch-weights, and weight manipulating. You win fights in the ring, not on the scale. Enough is enough, they were setting Marquez up at 147.
                  * this OST rubbish it just has to stop, the tests are fkn harmless
