Khan and Mayweather are both not big punchers and play it safety first. This one should go the distance.


Mayweather should take it now, but with Floyd age and inactivity and with Khan gaining experience I would say the balance of power will shift towards Khan by early 2012.

All you talked about is Khans offense. Did you forget he's gonna get hit. He hits okay but when he gets hit it becomes a problem. If all haters wanna see Floyd KO somebody then make that fight.

lot of ifs:

if khan beats alexander/bradley in style and unifies the division,and then beats a top welterweight in fashion,then maybe khan could face and beat mayweather.

also if floyd still active,and prob have fought pac already.

khan could hurt him to the body i beleive,i think khans body punches are a under rated.

khan does have the hand speed,timing and footwork to catch floyd.

he does have the stamina to keep on floyd.

he does stick to a game plan.

and has a good jab to set up punches on floyd,feinting and setting them up.

i believe he does have good power,which would improve with age,technique and weight.

he does have quick skilfull combinations.

he does fight at a high enough pace through a fight.

he has proven his chin and has a ton of heart.

he has an okay defense that will only get better.

I'm a Khan fan but he doesn't hit hard at 140 to stop Floyd. What makes you think he can carry his power up another 7 pounds?
