This is a business, and that's what all those fights were. You're looking at it the wrong way. HE JOINED golden boy and was one of their biggest names for a long time. he made DLH and Schaefer a lot of money

So if he wants to get a big fight separately from GBP because they're not pushing for it, then all power to him.

I've got a sneaky feeling Hopkins will leave too if he doesn't get a Pascal rematch
Fed?! What the hell you talking about ..

Mosley was a 5 win fight streak before coming up against Cotto.

Then he beat Mayorga, before taking on Magarito.

Against Mayweather, Magarito and Cotto - Shane Mosley came off big wins, so respect to them. Can't say the same for Pacqauio though ...

Dude is so sly, he hides behind this friendly persona .. but I know that **** is fake.

You're not getting my point. This is a business, and GBP just put him in to make as much money as possible. It's not a case of them being good friends and doing each other favours - it's a business, and Mosley was the right guy to put in for those fights.

You slagging off Pac at the end just shows what you were thinking of when you made this thread

To be fair to the situation, we don't know what happened behind closed doors between Shane and GBP (pause). GBP haven't bad mouthed Mosley, and neither has Mosley really besides saying he felt pushed to the side (which isn't necessarily a diss).

The only thing I can think of is Mosley being overshadowed by the rising stars GBP are trying to push, and a 39 year old Mosley I guess is a hard sell these days, or so we think.

Loyalty is one thing, but at the end of the day you gotta handle yours on the business side of things. Also, considering Mosley's checkbook is taking a huge hit from Jin, I'm not at all surprised Mosley was looking for this fight. He's always wanted to fight the best guys, but more so this time than ever, he NEEDS this check, even if it means a brutal ass whipping.

I'm sure the MMA heads will have a field day with this fight lol.

There was no GBP in the first Oscar fight. That was TR and Kushner.

Anyways...Mosley has to do what is best for him, just like Oscar had to do what was best for him when he left TR after TR marketed Oscar very well, that he became a multimillionaire.

So Oscar really has no room to talk.
