Berto has the talent, he's basically a younger version of Shane.

Shane today is one dimensional and he relies on simply his chin. He has no defense at all. He would get overwhelmed by Pacquiao's speed for 12 rounds.

Atleast with Berto we would most likely get a competitive fight.

Two years ago I wouldve definitetly have picked Mosley but judging by each mans past two performances, Berto is the bigger threat. Mosley has a loss and a draw while Bertos coming off two KO victories and only has room to improve.

How can someone prove themself if you don't give them a chance, When PAC fought Barrera, Pac wasn't a household name, he had to prove himself and also put his name out there.
