again, how does a guy that got knocked down twice in a fight get so many people to believe he got robbed is beyond me, if there was ever a fight you could call a draw, that one would be it, Pascal took the early stuff, Bernard took the later stuff, Jean knocked him down twice...
DRAW!!!
you know hopkins and his idiotic fans will cry robbery every time he is in a close fight...hopkins himself has been here so many times and should know that if he's behind in any fight, it behooves him to knock the guy out to guarantee a victory...just like tarver said, just because he's 45 years old, doesn't give him an automatic victory on the scorecards...
Pascal doesn't know that Dawson is gonna beat him. He's sleeping very well after drawing with Hopkins. All this because Pascal in his big head with a pea brain thinks he's the best no matter what. He "will make sure" that whaterver happens to him in the ring today it'll not occur tomorrow. And if it occurs tomorrow he'll make sure it'll not happen again in he future. And so on. This is Pascal.
But "John" Pascal is a "very good friend" with Froch, Ward, Kessler, Dirrell actually all middleweights except Bute. He wants to make sure that none of those will ever fight Bute. At the same time "John" Pascal screams in the media that Bute refuses to fight all these guys choosing to fight 2nd hand boxers only at 168lbs and not fighting him at 175lbs.
He declared recently that HBO & Showtime are not interested in Bute, only to learn shortly after that Bute signed a multi-milion contract with Showtime. Yvon Michel (oh, did I mentioned that it was about him actually?) thinks that Showtime will lose millions and keep Bute out of business and pick Jean or "John" Pascal instead. They will..for the undercard
It was a draw. Pascal is right when a fight is really close those 50 50 rounds should go to the champ even if the momentum has changed. Imo hopkins was not landing anything of significance until the 5th, and the fight shifted from that point on but i gave the 12th to jean.
