We should boycott the fight, lol. Seriously, nobody should buy tickets or the ppv for this fight. This is disgusting for boxing. They say mayweather and manny could revive boxing like whoa but they both are destroying it. Manny... fighting all these washed up fighters that has come off PISS POOR PERFORMANCES. Mayweather.... Ducking and beating up innocent bystanders. This is BULL> they really just need to fight

Shane definatly doesnt deserve this fight but at the same time this is an upgrade to Manny's last 2 fights, an to tell you the truth I really wouldnt b shocked if Mosely wins this fight an here is my reason, Shane yes looked horrible against Mayweather and Mora, but! Mosley always had trouble with fighter that were either taller then him with a good jab or just a fighter with a good jab, Mayweather has a great jab, one of the best in the biz, plus he's Mayweather he make alot of ppl look like an avg fighter. Mora was just taller, tho his jab aint the best its decent enough to give Mosley problems, Manny doesnt have a good jab he's quicjk as f#ck but thats not his main punch in a fight plus he's smaller so Mosley wont hav much trouble with that, Mosley style is made more for brawlers then pure boxers every fight Mosley lost was to a pure boxer with a great jab. I'm not saying Mosley is gonna win, but I think he has a better chance of winning then wat ppl on here are saying, and damn sure has a better chance of winning then Margarito or Joshua C.

Im a Pacfan, and i hate this fight, But guess what? he still has 2 more years to fight, that's at least 4 fights. He might still fight Berto, Marquez, Mayweather and someone else.

Mosely is old, but does he have a chance? IMO ofcourse, its boxing, this guy is bigger than Margarito, has the one Punch kill. But even that, i dont even wanna watch it, unless it has a good undercard.

The foolish argument about Mayweather beat Mosley first is first grade and squelched.

Many have beaten Mosley. Most notably today is Cotto.

What this is , is a most dangerous fight for Pac.

Mosley is naturally bigger than Pac. Mosley will weigh around 155-160 coming into the fight. Pac won't , he will come in at 148.

Mosley has the advantage in weight , not weight drain.

Mosley has the biggest trouble with runners and defensive runners , BORING FIGHTS INSUE

This fight will be like two small bulls with deadly power in both hands.

THIS FIGHT WILL GO NO MORE THAN 4 ROUNDS UNLESS ONE QUITS AND RUNS !!!!!!!!!

This fight is putrid, here's a list of things I hate about this fight:
1) Shane "earned" this fight by a lackluster draw against a waste of press and hype, Sergio Mora AND by getting shut out (except for one round) against Floyd.
2) This fight does absolutely NOTHING for Manny's legacy. ZERO! The only thing it can do is hurt him. I don't care if Manny knocks him out with his first punch.
3) Shane is already punch drunk, he's a nice guy I guess, but you can't get plastic surgery on your brain and he has kids to raise.
4) This fight shows that what I believed Pac was about it total and utter bullshi t. He's trying to break all these phony records by cherry picking titles and now trying to add hof'ers to his resume- FOR THE NAME, NOT FOR THE CHALLENGE.
5) Bob Arum is going to make some money off of the absolute fools that buy into this. The guy who said "*** the fans, they don't know shi t". Well, I know you're not having this fight in Dallas because you embarrassed yourself with the last one, you're taking advantage of pac fans, and you're a complete and total lying sack of shi t and a bad person.
6) Freddie doesn't get away light either. All Manny's fights like Cotto, Hatton, and Margs are easy but you're already starting with this "Mosley is a tough fight" nonsense. And, "we'll fight JMM next". *** you too. Fight JMM now, let Berto get another good defense under his belt. That's a 2 fight plan- not over the hill, got spanked by Floyd mosley, then demanding that JMM comes up to 147 or some nonsense 146 catchweight.

This is a very good post, the Manny-circus is becoming a joke.

Runner-up? OK, Martinez is a lock for Fighter of the Year, so not giving away anything there. But as we're still collecting data for all of the other Boxingscene awards and for honorable mentions, I can honestly tell you that Pacquiao won't even make our Top 5 this year. In fact, I don't even recall seeing his name mentioned once in any of the submitted ballots so far.

When we have access to privileged information, we should not ignore it.

And I see that a lot of Pac fan's are also being honest about this.

I love Pac and I am very disappointed in this fight. At the same time Pac makes for exciting fights and I don't think mosley will run so we should see a pretty good brawl while it lasts. Hopefully he knocks mosley out in exciting fashion and it gives freddie and arum the confidence to put Pac against Martinez for a Middleweight title. People who think Berto is a better fight are ****ing ******ed. BERTO IS A BUMB WHO SQUEEZED BY COLLAZO IN A CONTROVERSIAL WIN ( THE SAME GUY MOSLEY SWEPT). BERTO HAS DONE NOTHING TO PROVE HE IS A TOP FIGHTER.
