I totally agree with BHop. Pacquiao is afraid to face an African American because he knows they will be too good for him. (and Ledwaba and Clottey don't count because they didn't grow up in the US with the African American fighting style) How can someone be considered an ATG without ever beating an African American boxer?
Why won't Pacroid fight any African Americans?

I agree
I have the HOF handbook with me right now and rule 192.5 clearly states:
"No boxer can become eligible for the Boxing Hall of Fame without defeating an African American boxer born and raised in America"Comment

Who was out there for him? Granted he did duck Raheem, but there was more money in a Morales rematch. He could have fought Shane earlier, before he looked like crap, too much risk for too little money. They tried to make the Floyd fight happen, but Floyd had to start making these testing demands, which basically ended the prospect for the fight. So there it is, they were open to a Floyd fight, as he was the best boxer in the world, but Floyd tried to take over the whole process and it went to ****. Blame Floyd for pulling these testing demands out of his ass, trying to get an advantage.Comment

Too little money? How is it that Mayweather/Mosley did 1.4 million vs. Pac/Cotto 1.25 million. So, second and 3rd best PPV fighters did 175k less than FMJ alone? Mosley/Pac at that time would've been just as big as vs. Cotto. Mosley was seen as the biggest threat, not Cotto. The problem was. he looked like a world beater whupping Margaritos azz + he is not top rank+ Cotto didn't look like the same fighter after Margarito(as Roach even said), THAT is why they didn't fight him.

Dude, ur making stuff up now. Revisionist history much? Pac's team knew about the OST from the beginning and AGREED TO IT!(why is this always forgotten) From there, they started changing their mind and making excuses. How did FMJ try to "take over the whole process" with one demand, when he conceded 10 mil per lb weight penalty, glove size, 50-50 to Pac? Weren't those things Pac requested giving him trying to "get an advantage"? I have yet to see how 2 people taking the same tests, is an advantage to one of the fighters. Come on, open your eyes man.Comment
