I don't give a **** what you guys say... Mayorga is still a talented fighter. When he fought Shane Mosely, he did a way better job than Margarito. If he could have won the final round, then he would have actually beat Mosely (check the scorecards for the judges up until the final round). I think Cotto has what it takes to beat him, but it won't be a walk in the park. Even if he loses, he will always be my boy!

Mayorga could have knock Mosley out if he had trained for the fight. Mayorga came in way over wieght. If he had the discipline like he had back when He knock out Forrest he would have destroyed Mosley

I ****in love a Mayorga fight!!! Mayorga brings it everytime, he's a big fight fghter and will make the fight AND the Whole event and build up exciting! I can actually see him pissing Miguel off pretty badly to be honest!

Cotto HAS to be the pick tho and should stop Ricardo but just to play devils advocate a little here Mayorga has power and we still dont know how Cotto holds a shot at LMW and after all his wars plus Mayorga has the wild looping shots that could possibly get around Miguels gaurd and im thinking of the uppercut he landed on Oscar that buzzed him bad, Cotto might not handle that one.


But yeah Cotto a firm favourite to stop Mayorga, he's just a better fighter and Mayorga has been through the mill worse than Cotto has! And Cotto handled Maussa well on ihs way up who while different to Mayorga is an unpredictable akward unorthadox puncher so there goes one of Mayorgas main advantages he usually brings in - his opponents have never really seenanything Like Him in there before!
