The guy has gotten a lot of respect on this board after the Khan fight (you still have some Khantards who try to break him down but still).

I love this guy; defeat only fuels him more. So many people fold and disappear after their loss but it takes a truly strong character to come back stronger from it.

If he does challenge Khan again, he should come in with a better game plan & should go to the body more & throw straighter punches(not so many "HAY MAKERS") & DEFINITELY get a different, good & FARE ref (like Kenny Bayless, Steve Smoger or Tony Weeks)to work the fight cause it was obvious that Cortez(who's definitely NOT FARE & IS firm about favoring fighters) had something against Maidana & was favoring Khan..It's NOT Khan's fault the ref is an ASS-HOLE..Not to take anything away from Khan's, who did put on a brave performance & even thou Khan was badly staggered he amazingly absorbed a lot of punishment with out going down..

this right here. he should get the same trainer martinez has. Heck he could even spar with him which will do him wonders if he gets the rematch with khan. And add in a conditioning coach and he would be a beast not that he isnt right now.
