The only thing simple here is you, sorry my British friend, but since it was the Klitschkos who offered the 50/50 FIRST, for Diva to come back with another materially different offer is a counter-offer (contracts 101). Changing the pomotions company is a material (again contracts 101). A counter-offer is a refusal of the original offer (again contracts 101). So it was Hayfaker that has ducked the Klitschkos because it is THEM that refused the 50/50 offer.

Now go learn some logic, maybe your Brit public schools are not as good as our US schools after all.

Adam Booth, "David Haye will not fight Fraudley Harrison. I would be upset if that match happened. Fraudley is a joke who has never beaten any ranked HW. It just simply won't happen."

Yep...I believe what this guys saying.

Is Haye and his people that DESPERATE for good press that they need to insinuate that a Klitschko is ducking him??? LOL I'm surprised Booth didn't say "Wladimir probably got scared after watching the Haye-Harrison fight"!!! lmao

Booth's statements only proves how amateurish Haye's team is at spinning the facts. Rookie promoter!!

There is much more to this story than is being reported. I'd wait for Wlad to make a statement, before jumping to conclusions. Haye has shown in the last year that he lacks credibility.

there is more to an offer than the split. According to Booth, Wlads been offering 50/50 SINCE DAY 1. So whats Haye's excuse for not signing 3 years ago?

no, i think the 3 fight deal was garbage tbh, which is in every offer they offer rheir opponments.
BTW, Wlad, Frank Warren and bernd said they offered the same deal to haye as they did to chisora, watch the klit-chis presser vids, watch wlads interview on ringside

I see the basic contract terms really confused you, I am going to try an analogy, I know you won't get it, but it's worth a try.

-The buyer (K2) offers to buy a house and sends a contract (K2 sends Hayfaker a contract with 50/50 and K2 as the promoter), all the seller (Hayfaker) has to do is sign it if he accepts it and send the contract back

-The seller doesn't sign the contract, instead he changes some of the contract terms materially (that means a big change) and send it back to the buyer. (Hayfaker didn't sign the 50/50 offer, instead they drafted a new contract and sent it to K2)

-The counter-offer constitutes a rejection of the original contract and is now a NEW contract. The person in this situation doing the rejection is the seller (Hayfaker). Therefore it was Hayfaker that rejected the contract.

I know you won't understand my simple British friend, so I will put in a context that you will understand: Diva Haye = Brit Vagina. Now that's simple enough for you I think.

My belief is that this has nothing to do with a 50/50 split. Booth is oversimplifying the situation by saying it's about the split. There are many ancillary issues that are pertinent to fight contracts, more so than just a simple split. Again one side has issued a statement, wait for the other side to state their case before we all jump to conclusions.
