You're right, it doesn't matter, because 1 ****ing pound doesn't matter, period. FYI, Cotto agreed to it without any dispute because he explicitly said that he weighs in at 145lbs most of the time, so how the **** were they not allowed if the stipulation applies for both equally and both agreed to it.
