He clearly won the most rounds. There's a difference.

Still don't see it. passcal would throw a bit late, but still got hit more and threw less in those rounds.

2nd, 5th, 8th, 10th, 12th are swing rounds(from what i remember)......hopkins beat pascals ass, but on points, i think the draw was fair......

i am annoyed how boxing fans react with certain fighters though..... if its a fighter they like or has a certain status that is fighting, they suddenly give credit to consistent work otherwise they always go with the flashy punches.......if this wasnt hopkins name on the other side, i doubt many wouldve given him credit for his work over pascals flash.....

man the 5th and tenth were clear Hopkins rounds. Pascal landed a few but he got hit with so much more and was missing wildly, what he landed were grazing, Hopkins could not miss.

pascal definitely landed the harder shots in the fifth, besides an early onslaught of bodypunches from bhop, im pretty sure pascal paid him back with power for every shot he landed half-way through, not to mention the left hooks or the early right uppercut-right hook combo that buckled hop

                it's power v numbers

hop touches pascal up, pascal blasts him, it depends on how people like to score their fights, on the guy doing damage or the guy throwing more

I had the fight a draw on points but bhop obviously put it on him.

                  I'm gonna rewatch tonite.

It depends on how that judge scores. Some use the criteria of "who would you rather be" or "who landed the harder punches". Pascal seemed to finish up those rounds landing harder shots than bhop even though bhop controlled the rounds.

I gave pascal 1,2,3,8. Round 12 I gave bhop the benefit but it could have gone either way. So I had it bhop by 2, but it coulda been even.

Either way I'm not gonna cry about the decision.
