The Greatest Fighter of All-Time: Manny "The Destroyer" Pacquiao .... heres why

Alright before you go crazy and think im crazy. here is why. Pacquiao had the balls to step in the PRO ranks at 15 or 16? i cant remmeber it was so many decades ago. Pac showed from an early age that he was willing to fight the best at any time any place.

If these guys fought in the same era i beleive pac would have beat Sugar Ray on basis of HAND SPEED and foot work alone. Pac has shown he can take a punch. Ray ray could hit like a mule kick but look at all of Cotto's, Margarito's, Clottey's punches that Pac was eating for lunch. Not once has pac been knocked down by any welterweight or SWW and he walks around 142-145 ? dam thats pretty impressive.

Im not taking anything away from Sugar ray hes a great fighter but in his era he built his record by fighting 6-10 times a year or whatever. Hes a wonderfull fighter and i put him #2 in the ATG list. Ray Robinson would have beat floyd mayweather tho, floyd has no courage to fight the best anyways.

Footwork, Work Rate, Handspeed would have all favoured Pacquiao. He might not have stopped Ray Ray but he would have bruised his face pretty good imo.
