    Please Pacquiao don't fight Mosley!

I change my mind. Mosley convinced me. You know what he is right.

Pacquiao and Mosley will be at welterweight, which is 147 pounds.

Marquez defended his lightweight championship with a ninth-round TKO of Michael Katsidis on Nov. 27. Marquez weighed 134 pounds - one under the limit.

Marquez has fought just once over lightweight, and that was when he weighed 142 for a fight against Mayweather and lost by nine, 11 and 13 points; Mosley lost to Mayweather by eight, 10and 10 points.

He hurt Mayweather, Marquez was decked by Mayweather.

If Mosley and the 37-year-old Marquez fought at welterweight, Mosley would probably win because he is just too big and strong for Marquez. But this is not about what would happen between Marquez and Mosley. It's about what could happen in a third fight between Marquez and Pacquiao, one that would have to take place at welterweight. Mosley gave a hint.

"He (Marquez) got dropped by Katsidis (in the third round) and Katsidis is not the biggest puncher in the world," Mosley said. "Marquez got dropped by a lightweight."

Arum put his own spin on that.

"As good a fighter as Juan Manuel Marquez is, they are in two different weight classes," Arum said of Pacquiao and Marquez. "I saw both of the first fights they had and the bigger, stronger Pacquiao now would annihilate Marquez."

Pacquiao and Marquez fought in 2004 and 2008 at featherweight (126 pounds) and super featherweight (130), respectively.

Mosley was then asked to convince fans he has a chance to beat the 32-year-old Pacquiao. He pointed to Pacquiao's fight in November against Antonio Margarito. Pacquiao pounded Margarito over 12 rounds, but also absorbed some punishment and admitted he was hurt at one point by a body punch.

"I say my punching power is always going to give me a chance," Mosley said. "The last time I checked, I have pretty good speed. I'm not quite as slow as Margarito and I think I hit a little bit harder than Margarito."

Mosley was laughing because he has much better hand speed than Margarito, who was stopped by Mosley in the ninth round in January 2009.

"I think that makes it more of a scary fight for Pacquiao because I can hit and I do have speed," Mosley said. "If Margarito can hit Pacquiao, I can hit Pacquiao."

There is an interesting side story. Recently, De La Hoya said he was chagrined Mosley walked away from his company after all the money he helped him make. De La Hoya's CEO, Richard Schaefer, said he recently made calls to Mosley that were not returned.

Mosley said because of the hostility between Arum's Top Rank Inc. and Golden Boy, he had no choice but to leave if he wanted any chance of getting this fight. He also said he did try to reach out to Schaefer twice along the way, but that Schaefer was not available.

"I needed to go out and make the fight happen," said Mosley, who said a divorce he is going through made getting this fight even more of a financial must. "I'm 39 years old. I have a couple of fights left. I needed to make something happen."

You know that a good challenge for Pacquiao fight Marquez at his own territory at lightweight but that will be unfair for Pacquiao. I love to see them fight at Jr. Welterweight just to be fair but again Pacquiao is the P4P and cash cow. So I don't think that's gonna happen either. They will fight Marquez at 145lbs or Welterweight division in Pacquiao territory. Marquez wants the fight he better agree in Pacquiao terms.

But I love to see Pacquiao fighting a young hungry upcoming star. Pacquiao needs to forget the money! He already have plenty. He needs to give the fans what they want. As Pacquiao said: I want to make people happy! **** fight what fans want...

If he fight Mosley I will be disappointed and hate him for the first time.
