You are also wrong about Roach never asking for extra testing. You just need to go back to Manny's last fight with Margarito. There was su****ion that Margarito did take something the night of the fight and Roach asked for testing.

Unlike Floyd, Roach asked but he still let the Margarito vs Manny fight happen, even when they never tested Margarito before the fight. Floyd instead never backed down therefore there was no fight even though there was never anything su****ious going on with Manny.

Floyd vs Manny fight didn't happen. Not because there was evidence but because Floyd and Floyd Sr assumed!
