Pascal is an exciting fighter to watch

I know he has gotten a lot of hate but i still like watching this guy fight, He maybe rather one dimensional but he has been involved in some good fights, Froch vs Pascal was excellent and even though he performed rather poor against Hopkins it was still a good fight.

I agree. His terrible cardio-- huffing and puffing after the first 3 rounds is an absolute joy to watch!! OMG, and running away from a 45-year-old man, is there anything more exciting than that???? If you look in the dictionary under the word "WARRIOR" you will see a picture of Pascal turning off his alarm clock and saying "f*** road work, look at my muscles I don't need no stinkin' road work..."

Pascal is hands down the most exciting fighter in the sport today.

    Great post. Green K sent.

Froch fight was exciting because of Froch and his ability to force Pascal to stand and fight.

      I bet the ring wasn't 24 x 24 for that one.

Pascal is only exciting to watch in the same way that Charlie Zelenoff is. You know both men are going to fight like complete ****s and knowing there will so much material for making fun of them gets the fans all worked up.

He's not even that good to watch. Run, run, run, flurry like Michael Phelps doing a front crawl, run, run, run, blow out ur arse after 5 rounds, run, run, run

I must have watched something different then. I thought all these fights were really good to watch. People are way to hard to please.

          Pascal vs Froch
Pascal vs Diaconu 1 and 2
          Pascal vs Dawson

Did you even watch Pascal vs Froch that was a great fight, you need to calm it down a bit man.

Pascal is getting a similar level of hate as Froch got after the Dirrell fight. He's pretty limited and obviously has a gas problem, but he's also incredibly explosive and dangerous in the early rounds as Hopkins found out when he hit the deck twice. Has also showed great heart in a number of fights prior to this one, including beating Diaconu with a disolcated shoulder and going toe to toe with Froch for nine straight rounds. For me his vulnerabilities and limitations coupled with his power and heart make him one of the more exciting fighters today and I salivate at the thought of seeing him matched up against Cloud or Dawson II or even Froch, if he decides to move up.

BTW, before the Hopkins fight I posted that Pascal was going to "batter and abuse" Hopkins, which turned out to be wrong, so I'd like to apologise for that. Hopkins may be a racist old fart, but the man can fight.

Just to reignite some Pascal love, here's the first part of the incredible Froch fight. (starts at the 6 minute mark)

Pascal is exciting for the first half of the fight, but once it enters the latter half it's not pretty to watch at all. It's an obvious problem that Pacal has stamina issues, he needs to forget about hitting the weights, as stamina is far more important

After that performance, he is more of an "exiting" fighter to me.
